Client Experiences Matter HEre

When you’re seeking a treatment center for addiction recovery, it’s crucial to consider the experiences and opinions of those who have gone through the program. Testimonials can provide valuable insights into the effectiveness and impact of a treatment center.

At SOZO Addiction Recovery Center, we understand the significance of testimonials in the decision-making process. Our mission is to instill hope and faith in the hearts of men battling addiction, and testimonials from our past clients showcase the success of our long-term residential and outpatient faith-based treatment programs.

We believe that faith-based care, coupled with experienced addiction treatment staff and a focus on dual diagnosis (co-occurring disorders), is the key to lasting recovery. Our testimonials reflect the transformative experiences of our clients, highlighting the personalized recovery plans, reentry into the workforce, and the rebuilding of family relationships based on Christian principles.

Furthermore, our treatment center provides an atmosphere of awakening, where clients can find confidence in themselves and their connection with God. Testimonials from our past clients serve as a beacon of hope for individuals and families seeking addiction recovery, encouraging them to embark on their own journeys toward healing and renewal.

Former Client

SOZO has been one of the greatest and most life impacting experiences I have ever had.  SOZO has bandaged and healed me of all my spiritual and mental wounds.  SOZO has transformed my thinking to be more righteous in the sight of the Lord.  This experience has renewed my mind with structure, responsibility and discipline.  SOZO has taught me how to live and apply to my life the Christian principles found in the Bible and the 12 Steps.  I am learning how to successfully maintain my sobriety, faith, and spiritual center.

Branson B.
Former Client

In order to subdue the beast of addiction, God led me to SOZO Recovery Center.  A complete life change in people, places, and things in my life was called for.

SOZO is located in a serene country setting away from the hustle and bustle. This allows for a healing environment which was needed for my recovery.  I absolutely needed to be away from the distractions of the world.  This spiritual six acre setting where SOZO is located allowed me to focus entirely on what I had to do to transform from being and addict to a clean and sober child of God.  This is what SOZO has given me and many others.

The recovery study groups, one-on-one counseling sessions and Bible study classes, as well as complete involvement with the Hot Springs Village Church of Christ have truly given me the change in lifestyle that I needed to stay sober.

I can honestly say that, to the best of my ability, I am living according to God’s will now.  Today, I help others in the community by doing volunteer work.  Family relationships have been restored. My God is a God of restoration and I pray to Him and praise Him because I am continuously grateful to Him for what He has done for me.

Everything difficult about starting over at SOZO begins and ends with myself. Learning to not live in self-pity. Learning to shed my ego and replace it with humility. Learning to stay out of my own way. While these things may not have always been easy, SOZO almost miraculously seems to always know what direction to guide me at just the right time. Whether in class, in therapy sessions, or when having conversations with my fellow brothers, the answers and way to proceed toward continued growth always appear.

Shawn R.

You have to take full advantage of what SOZO has to offer, then do even more if you want to make these changes permanent and learn how to grow and develop continuously. SOZO will show you how to start over, to have a new healthy lifestyle. A.A., for me, will be there to help me continue to develop myself and keep me mindful for the rest of my life. I found my Higher Power, my positive energy, at SOZO along with so many other things that I practice daily to the point of it being second nature to me now. But I’ve been taught that I can lose that when I leave SOZO if I don’t continuously work on my maintenance program. A.A. helps me maintain. A.A. also keeps me socially active with like-minded sober people who are determined to never isolate themselves again. With the combination of SOZO and A.A. I’ve learned how to start over, embrace positive change, and maintain my forward momentum.

Steven S.

My plan is to continue to learn how to live a happy, sober life by becoming an active member of Alcoholics Anonymous when I leave SOZO and return home.

Before coming to SOZO and attending A.A., I didn’t think that I could live sober and be happy every day. SOZO taught me that this is possible. Every class at SOZO and meeting of A.A. teaches me how to get sober and stay sober.

SOZO and A.A. have given me the tools to use throughout my life to maintain my sobriety.

Client feedback is an essential component of the addiction recovery treatment program at SOZO Addiction Recovery Center. We value the input and experiences of our clients as it helps us continuously improve and enhance our services. By actively listening to our clients’ feedback, we can better understand their needs and tailor our treatment approach to meet their individual requirements.

Through client feedback, we gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of our faith-based treatment approach. This allows us to continuously evaluate and refine our methods, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support during their recovery journey.

Additionally, client feedback helps us assess the quality of our residential and outpatient care. By understanding the specific areas where we excel and where there is room for improvement, we can make the necessary adjustments to provide the best possible treatment experience for our clients.

We also recognize the importance of addressing co-occurring disorders, and client feedback allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our dual diagnosis treatment approach. By incorporating the feedback received, we can ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and holistic care for both their addiction and any underlying mental health issues.

Furthermore, client feedback helps us recognize the strengths of our experienced addiction treatment staff. By acknowledging the positive impact our team has on our clients’ recovery, we can continue to invest in their professional development and maintain a high standard of care.

As a CARF International and state-licensed facility, client feedback plays a crucial role in maintaining our accreditation. By actively seeking and responding to feedback, we demonstrate our commitment to meeting and exceeding industry standards.

Client feedback also guides our continuous improvement efforts in providing holistic care through the ASAM Continuum model. By listening to our clients’ experiences, we can refine our treatment planning and ensure that our services address all aspects of their recovery journey.

Lastly, client feedback helps us foster community involvement and integration. By understanding the impact our programs have on our clients’ lives, we can collaborate with local organizations and support networks to enhance community integration and long-term success.

In summary, client feedback is vital in improving the SOZO addiction recovery treatment program. It allows us to adapt and refine our services to meet the unique needs of each individual we serve, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care and support throughout their recovery.
