Brief info
Reports to SOZO board of directors. Is responsible for managing staff and overseeing all aspects of the SOZO program to include client treatment, creating policy, staff training and development, screening potential new clients, community affairs and referral development. Prepares and delivers monthly reports to the board of directors and elders of the Village Church of Christ. Will act as lead counselor for specific residential residents.
