Reports to the clinical director. Handles a case load of residential clients. Along with clinical director, signs off on bio-psycho-social assessments and treatment plans. Attends training seminars, networks with professional organizations, conducts physical education classes in SOZO fitness center, is in charge of first aid/emergency readiness/health & safety of staff and clients. Participates as co-operations manager of SOZO. Helps to develop faith-based relationships and initiatives.
